Homeowner Participation is a must !

Responsibilities. We all have them. One of our often forgotten responsibilities is to participate in our Homeowners Association. You might be thinking:
• What can I do about anything? Come to a meeting and be informed of the plans for your neighborhood.
• How do I find out about the meeting? It’s listed right here in our newsletter at the bottom left column. Next meeting is February 7th.
• Will I have to speak? Not if you don’t want to. But if you do have something to say we have a homeowner forum at the beginning of the meeting so that you can address the board with your input or concerns.
• Do I have stay for the whole thing? Most of the open forum meeting is conducted in about 20 minutes at which time the board goes into executive session and those not on the board will be asked to leave. You can stay as along as you like during open forum.
• I just can’t make it, how do I participate otherwise? If you have input you can send it via email to Jessica@pmchoa.com or you can write a letter addressed to PMC, Attention Bristolwood. You can also attend our annual Summer BBQ right here in our neighborhood!

Our board is transparent and conducts association business on your behalf in a professional and legal manner. Come out to a meeting and show your support. We look forward to seeing you!
