Holiday Lights Contest
On December 19th between 7pm and 8pm the board will walk Bristolwood and choose three homes that best embody the Holiday spirit! The three winning homes will be awarded a gift card. Happy Holidays!
Annual Meeting and Election
The election and annual meeting were conducted on the December 1st in the clubhouse community room. Michelle Kotas was reelected for a two year term. Thank you for voting! Your participation is vital to the association and very appreciated!

I have been a senior manager at PMC for 8 years & I hold a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) & Association Management Specialist (AMS) credentials through the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. I will be managing the Bristolwood at Eastlake HOA effective immediately.
