We would like to welcome two new Board Members to our HOA. That makes 5 board members now. The more the merrier. Thank you Penny & Elizabeth for your commitment to our HOA. We hope for your continued dedication in upholding the CC&Rs of our HOA and your active participation in the on-going projects.
The following changes have been made during our board meeting yesterday, Aug. 3rd.
Lorie has been promoted to Vice President. Penny has assumed Lorie's role as Treasurer. Paul still remains as the Board Secretary.
CONGRATULATIONS TEAM ! The streets look great after the recent slurry seal and repainting of the pavements. This should last for another 5 years. The addition of the speed bumps and 15 mph signs has certainly been effective in preventing speeders from driving recklessly in and out of our community.
