Election Meeting
Our entire board of directors, Ms. Laurie Massotto,
Peters and Freedman attorney and Jessica McKenzie,
Property Management Consultants, and several
homeowners attended our rescheduled election
meeting. The votes were tabulated and the results were
announced.
Results of the Election
Michelle Kotas and Lorrie Clarke were re-elected for a
term of two years. They would like to thank you for
your confidence! They look forward to serving the
association on your behalf.
Lessons Learned
A little over a third of Bristolwood participated in the
election by voting or coming to the meeting. The board
is looking at ways to increase participation and make it
easier for homeowners to vote. To achieve results we
need you to be part of the process.
How can you help?
When you receive voting materials please respond in
the requested manner. Your participation in this
process is a necessary part of your membership in the
association. Let’s work together to find ways to make
this process a success for you and the board of
directors. If you have ideas or suggestions on how we
could make voting better please contact management at
