Mission Statement

The Bristolwood BOD has adopted a Mission and Vision. These guiding principles will help to keep us focused as we lead our community.

Bristolwood Vision:
To foster a sense of community spirit that provides a safe, desirable and connected neighborhood, while maintaining our common area and home ownership appreciation.

Mission:
To maintain a sense of community that supports and values:
- Fiscal responsibility
- Community standards
- Environmental awareness and volunteer opportunities

Board Goals:
To establish a board model that identifies objectives and defines policies to meet board expectations and standards and to facilitate Management’s implementation of those objectives.

To develop policies that outline practices and procedures relative to Administration, Finance, Maintenance of Common Areas, Vendors, and Community Events.

To create, implement and support relationships that enhance community and homeowner responsibility, encourage neighbor to neighbor interactions, and relationships between Bristolwood and the broader community.
