Policy Regarding our GARAGE USAGE

Garages

· Garage doors left open for extended periods of time promote breaking and entering in the neighborhood
· Garage doors left open for extended periods of time allow unwanted animals, including rodents, to enter and they might “move in”



* Garages
(Article IX, Section 9.3.9)

1. No garage door shall be permitted to remain open except for ingress and egress.

2. No pad or space adjacent to the garage or any other portion of a lot other than a driveway shall be used for the parking of any vehicles whatsoever.

3. Garages shall be used for vehicles and other personal storage only.

4. No hazardous materials shall be stored in any garage.

5. Garages may not be converted into any kind of living area or be used as a living area.
